The Grove – Calvary’s Sunday School
At The Grove, children discover God’s love in a safe and nurturing environment designed just for them. While parents enjoy the Sunday service, kids engage in Bible lessons and fun activities that help them grow in faith and friendship.

Following worship, children are dismissed, signed in by parents at the kids’ table, and brought to the Nursery for their program. Registration is required for participation in The Grove.

All of our volunteers are fully screened and trained through Plan to Protect, ensuring that your child is cared for in a safe and welcoming space. Whether it’s your first time or you’re just visiting, your kids are always welcome to join the fun and get involved! At The Grove, our heart is to see kids not only learn about Jesus, but experience His love in a way that makes faith come alive.

How will I be contacted if my child needs me during the service?
If your child needs you at any point, one of our volunteers will reach out quickly and discreetly—either by text, call, or in person—so you can be notified right away.

Can my child stay with me in the service instead?
Yes! While we encourage kids to join The Grove to enjoy the full program, children are always welcome to stay with their parents in the main service if that works better for your family.

What if my child has allergies or special needs?
We want every child to feel safe and included. Please inform our volunteers at check-in about any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special needs so we can provide the best care possible.

Is there a cost to attend?
No! The Grove is completely free for all children, and no registration fee is required.

What if my child is still in diapers?
If your child is not yet fully toilet-trained, you will be contacted to assist your child, as our volunteers are not able to provide help in the bathroom.
