Frequently Asked Questions
1. What’s the preaching like?
You’ll get an engaging, visual style of communication from our Pastor, Clinton Moody. The message is Bible based and led by God’s Spirit. Want to check it out? Head to our Media page to get a taste.
2. What should I wear?
There’s no need to dress up, but you can if that’s your thing. We come as we are, and would love for you to as well.
3. What’s the music like?
We love to worship God together in music. Our service at 10:30AM features current music for people to engage with God. If you’re familiar with Bethel Music, Hillsong, Elevation Worship or other related artists, chances are you’ll be singing songs you know as well as classic worship choruses and Hymns. We host a Praise & Prayer Service each Thursday 7 Pm. Where we take time to reflect God’s presence and faithfulness in our lives through songs and meditation.
4. What’s available for my kids?
When Covid 19 Restrictions are lifted: We have a Kids Church on Sunday for children during our 10:30AM service, suited to their level of development from ages 4-10. They start at 10:50 and go until the end of the service. There’s also a Nursery for younger children and a place for young parents to care for their precious little ones.
5. Who will be looking after my children at your programs?
We value the safety of each and every child that comes to our church. All of our volunteers are screened and trained in Child Abuse Prevention procedures as well as in their areas of ministry.
6. What happens at a church service?
Our community highly values both worshipping God with music and hearing what He says to us in the Bible, so the bulk of our time together goes to these two activities. We start our services by singing to God and pursuing his presence. We take a few moments to highlight some current happenings in our community, and for donations (Tithes & Offerings). Then the second half of our gatherings is given to our lead pastor or a Guest speaker to teach and inspire from the Bible.
7. Can I get involved?
We’d love that! Please check out our Serve page to have a look at some of the opportunities. There’s even a form there so you can get connected right away.
8. What time should I come?
Our first service starts at 10:30AM on Sunday morning, most people like to arrive 5-10 minutes early.
9. Can I meet with a pastor?
Absolutely! Our pastor would love to meet you. Feel free to talk to us after the service or visit our Team page to connect with us now.
10. What is a Pentecostal Church?
A Pentecostal Church is a community of God’s people empowered by and dependent on the Holy Spirit to tell the life-transforming story of Jesus Christ.
As with many church and denominations, we Value God: His Word, and His Creation, His redemptive purpose in Christ for the world, and His presence through the Holy Spirit.
It is a Church that values people without Christ to whom we owe the compassion of Christ and an opportunity to receive the gospel and enter into Christian fellowship.
We also value individual believers and their personal commitment to Christ, the baptism in the Holy Spirit, discipleship, Christian family life, and fulfillment of the will of God.
11. Can Anyone come to a service?
Absolutely! There is no admission price, there is no qualifications, there are no excuses that anyone can make. We want you to know that everyone is invited and everyone will be welcomed. Come and discover a community that trusts in God, it’s not about how far you try to run away from God…it’s about how close you can be once again!
12. How can I get a preview of the Church Service?
Simply watch one of the services that have been Live-Streamed or recorded. We are a very friendly community that you and your family would be honorary guests!
